ABOUT CHRISTOPHER COLE FORBES Christopher Cole Forbes, J.D., graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005 and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas that same year. Mr. Forbes is a native of the Houston area and has worked his entire career with the elderly and disabled. Mr. Forbes spent 15 years working in the Harris Probate Courts, twelve as a court investigator and three as a staff attorney. Mr. Forbes started his law career as an associate with McDonaldWorley PC, practicing in the area of probate, guardianship and estate administration. After working for 2 years with McDonaldWorley PC, Mr. Forbes moved on to be a staff attorney for Harris County Probate Court Three in 2007. Mr. Forbes started Christopher Cole Forbes & Associates PLLC, in 2007 after leaving McDonaldWorley PC and prior to working as staff attorney with Harris County Probate Court Three, and continued his practice after leaving the Probate Courts in 2011. Mr. Forbes has a passion for assisting clients with their estate planning and settling the affairs of deceased and incapacitated persons. Mr. Forbes is an administrator and guardian himself and is able to understand issues that clients involved in the area of decedent’s estates and guardianship can face.

Mr. Forbes handles several estate and guardianship administrations and has experience to aid any client who gets involved with the job of being an administrator of guardian.
